Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

If you have received your order and find out that your items have arrived damaged, please take photos of:
The packaging/box itself
A photo of the open box, with the items inside visible
A photo up close of where the items have been damaged, e.g cracked bottle cap or hole in the bottom of the bottle.
We may also ask you to take a photo of the bottles on a weight scale, to find out if any product was lost.
This will ensure you have proof that your items have arrived damaged, if the damage is minimal we will ask you to return the items back to us.
If the damage is significant, we won't ask you to return the items and we will just issue you a replacement or a refund instead.
You have 5 working days from the day your parcel has been delivered to report it damaged, we will unfortunately not be able to help if this time slot has passed.
From the day you report the damaged parcel, you have 30 days to return the parcel back to us for inspection.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
You also have the right to refuse a delivery from the courier if the parcel looks damaged in any way, this will immedietly be sent back to us for inspection and will result in a quicker refund or replacement being sent out.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
